Our maintenance plans are designed to provide peace of mind and protect your home’s value. Each visit begins with a comprehensive visual inspection of the entire property—from the peak of the attic to the corners of the crawlspace—to identify potential issues before they become costly repairs.

Each scheduled visit includes 6 hours of professional service time. You can select priority tasks from our specialized service list, and if we finish early, we’ll spend the remaining time tackling your "Honey-Do" list.

The "Honey-Do" Guarantee: > Our goal is to be as productive as possible. If our technical maintenance tasks are completed in 4 hours, you have 2 hours of "on-the-clock" labor remaining for us to hang pictures, assemble furniture, or handle any other small tasks around the house.
